ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION
The Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry-NCR, Inc. (PCCI-NCR, Inc.) is a non-stock, non-profit organization under the umbrella of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI).
PCCI-NCR serves as the regional organization of PCCI for the private business community in the National Capital Region (NCR) acting as the coordinative and administrative body for the sixteen (16) chambers of commerce and industry in NCR. Headed by PCCI Area Vice President for NCR, Dr. Hernando B. Delizo with three (3) sectoral Regional Governors, and 34 Trustees.
PCCI-NCR organizes the Metro Manila Business Conference, an annual chamber activity that aims to provide learning and networking experiences to Filipino businesspeople in the National Capital Region (NCR). Aside from the conference, PCCI-NCR organizes three (3) quarterly Joint General Membership Meetings, workshops/seminars, and learning sessions.
PCCI-NCR maintains active partnerships with its Local Government Unit (LGU) counterparts, while supporting the advocacies and policy direction of PCCI National and proposing policies that are conducive to business growth.
PCCI MEMBERSHIP & NETWORK
The Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) is the largest business organization in the Philippines. It serves as the voice of the business community in the country, uniting industries, entrepreneurs, and organizations to work toward sustainable economic progress.
As the regional coordinating body of PCCI in the National Capital Region (NCR), PCCI-NCR plays a crucial role in promoting economic development in the country's financial and industrial hub. The NCR is a significant contributor to the national economy, accounting for 31.7% of the Philippines' Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in 2023, with a GDP value of approximately USD 116 billion.
The region also boasts the highest GDP per capita in the country, recorded at USD 90,000 in 2023, reflecting the economic prosperity of its residents.
Home to over 13 million people, the NCR encompasses a dynamic mix of multinational corporations and thriving small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). PCCI-NCR provides a platform for businesses to connect, collaborate, and contribute to the region's continued success, promoting initiatives that empower enterprises and foster a resilient economic environment.
